Veronica: A hermit? Really? Why couldn’t I be something cool?
Veronica: Like a Noble? Or a charlatan?
Frank: I mean you did spend a lot of time alone in this tower.

Veronica: Unwillingly.

Frank: Sometimes the hermit life chooses you.

Frank: Still, having a character sheet does give you options.

Veronica: What kind of options?

Frank: You could try finding another role in the campaign. Or you could go adventuring, get yourself some PC classes.

Veronica: Become a PC? Really?

Frank: I said gain some PC Classes, not become a PC. There is a distinction.

Panel 1

Veronica and Frank stand in front of the entrance to the lighthouse’s balcony. Veronica is holding a piece of paper, looking down at it, visibly upset. Frank openly laughs beside her, with white handwritten “Ha!” “Ha!” sound effects next to his head.

“A hermit? Really?” Veronica exclaims. “Why couldn’t I be something cool?”

Panel 2

An image of Veronica split in two. The left hand side’s background is yellow, with an image of Veronica with her eyes closed, wearing a red dress with a cream colored color. She has a golden tiara with a matching necklace, and her hair is pulled up into a side bun.

On the right, stands in front of a blue background. Her eye is open, eyebrow raised, with a smirk on her face. Her hair has been chopped off into a short pixie cut. She’s wearing a brown leather jacket with red trim, a cream colored tunic, and part of a belt can be seen crossing her chest, that could be used to hold a weapon that is off panel.

Veronica’s voice can be heard in a narrative box as she describes the two alternate versions of herself. “Like a Noble?” she says, describing the dress wearing side.

“Or a charlatan?” she adds, describing the jacketed version.

Panel 3

Frank seems to still find the whole situation funny, as he stands in front of a pink background. His hands are to either side in a shrugging gesture and a wide grin on his face.

“I mean you did spend a lot of time alone in this tower,” he says.

Panel 4

Veronica and Frank stand in front of the entrance to the lighthouse’s balcony. Veronica’s arms are crossed over her chest in a sulking manner. Beside her, Frank is giving her a mischievous grin as he takes the paper from her hand.

“Unwillingly,” Veronica points out.

“Sometimes the hermit life chooses you,” says Frank.

Panel 5

Veronica and Frank stand in front of the entrance to the lighthouse’s balcony. Veronica’s arms are crossed over her chest, and she eyes Frank from over her shoulder as he reads the character sheet that is now in his hands.

“Still, having a character sheet does give you options,” Frank says.

“What kind of options?” Veronica asks.

Panel 6

Frank stands in front of a darker blue background, gesturing with the piece of paper in his hand. He looks over his shoulder to the left where Veronica presumably stands.

“You could try finding another role in the campaign,” he suggests. “Or you could go adventuring, get yourself some PC classes.”

Panel 7

Veronica and Frank stand in front of an almost black background. Veronica doesn’t seem impressed with Frank’s earlier suggestion, as her shoulders are hunched and she’s giving Frank a decidedly unimpressed look.

“Become a PC? Really?” she asks.

Frank holds up a finger in an authoritative gesture as he leans towards her, eyes closed, as he snobbishly lectures her, “I said gain some PC Classes, not become a PC,” he says. “There is a distinction.”
